phoebe. is a Burlington focused, arts and culture magazine founded in the spring of 2008 by a group of UVM students. phoebe. seeks to showcase the people, places, groups and events that make Burlington and the greater Burlington area so unique.

Influences behind phoebe. include: Nylon, Mass Appeal, The New York Times Magazine, Style, The Fader, Urb, Missbehave, Paper, and many other publications in the vein of “trendspotting.”
